As a reformed competitive gymnast and coach, I strive to inspire others to reach their physical goals while fostering a deep connection to their own bodies. I believe true success comes from supporting both mental health and overall well-being, creating space for everyone to feel strong, balanced, and empowered.

At my age, I’ve had the chance to see a lot of fitness fads come and go. I’m not an exercise guru or influencer. I’m a regular guy with a passion for helping folks feel better in their bodies. I practice the ActiveLab exercises a couple times a week, while also continuing an active lifestyle.
