You probably have heard how important muscle and strength are to your long term health. However, gyms don’t appeal to everyone. That’s why we created ActiveLab. ActiveLab is resistance training for people who might not think they like strength training.

Our studio is closely supervised by a staff member who can guide you through our novel collection of equipment. Our schedule is flexible, so you can do a twenty minute quickie abdominal workout, or a more thorough full body hour.

Our space has everything you need to build a brighter future for your body including a multirack, stretching table, speed pulley, sprung floor, foam plyobox, viking press, and accessories such as kettlebells and ruck vests.

Check out the newest addition to the studio

Ball slams with a trampoline. It’s a fast moving, full-body exercise with hand-eye coordination as well. We also use this setup for underhand squat throws, and crunch throws. Only at ActiveLab.

Meet the Owner

I’m Chris Pike. At an age of 63, so I’ve had the chance to see a lot of fitness fads come and go. I’m not an exercise guru or influencer. I’m a regular guy with a passion for helping folks feel better in their bodies. I practice the ActiveLab exercises a couple times a week, while I also continue going to mainstream gyms and getting outdoors. Try this system and let the exercises speak for themselves!
